Any order placed through the website http://aquapick.bg/ is legally binding and implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions of use. See terms and conditions.
Product delivery is carried out through fast courier services provided by Fan Curier company, available only within the territory of Romania.
Delivery will be made within 12 – 24 hours, with service available only within the municipality of Bucharest, for orders collected from Monday to Friday until 18:00.
Delivery will take place within 24 – 48 hours in cities outside Bucharest, from the confirmation of the order, except on legal holidays. In exceptional cases, where the ordered product is not in stock at the time of placing the order, our operators will notify you regarding the possibility of delivery at a later date, without guaranteeing it. It is possible that an out-of-stock product may not be restocked, and its price or characteristics may differ in a subsequent purchase.
Products that are not in stock cannot be delivered.
Free delivery is available for purchases with a value equal to or greater than 50 lei. The transportation cost is 20 lei for purchases with a value of up to 50 lei.
The parcels will be properly packaged and sealed, and will be accompanied by the relevant documents (invoice or fiscal receipt). Any issues regarding the integrity/contents of the package must be reported at the time of receipt by the Buyer.
Order Modification or Cancellation
The possibility of canceling or modifying an order can be done by notifying us via email at contact@aquapick.ro or by calling the number 0742 282 655. Our Customer Support team will do their best to modify or cancel your order.
In the case of canceled orders that have already been dispatched to the customer, the refund will be made only after the return of the already dispatched package.
The timeline for the refund to the card from the moment of request on http://aquapick.bg/ to the payment processor may vary depending on their procedures, up to 48 hours.
Payment
The payment for the orders purchased through the website http://aquapick.bg/ can be made using the following methods:
- Cash on delivery
Payment with cash is made in lei, in full, upon delivery to the courier. At the time of payment, the customer will receive the fiscal receipt with the amount paid. The payment amount must match the one confirmed at the completion of the order on the website, phone, or email. All prices displayed on www.aquapick.ro include VAT.
- Online payment at the time of order placement
Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Card
Return Policy
In the event that the ordered product does not match the presentation on the website http://aquapick.bg/ or has manufacturing defects, you can request its replacement or return the amount paid within 14 calendar days from the moment you received it.
Within 14 calendar days, the customer must express their intention to return the product in writing. Personal care products can only be returned if they are sealed, unused, undamaged, or untested. The returned product must be accompanied by the documents received upon its delivery (product warranty and fiscal receipt).
The return can be made through the courier or directly at the showroom.
The refund will be made in full, without commissions, using the same payment methods used for purchasing the product.
If the delivery was made at an additional cost, the delivery cost will not be refunded upon the return.
The return will be refused if the products are not in a sellable condition.
